Mr. Pham Thanh Tung is known as a calm and meticulous manager at work. He has more than 20 years of working and management experience in the fields of Finance, Banking and Construction in such important positions as Division Director, Deputy Director, Director.
With such experience as well as with his great desire and passion, Mr. Pham Thanh Tung is expected to build a KMCC of great solidarity, where all the members are not only straightforward and honest but also wholeheartedly dedicated to the interests of Customers, a KMCC which consider prestige, quality and cost efficiency as measures of company value.
Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Nga
Vice Director

Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Nga also has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specialized in design. She used to play important role in some leading Japanese Main Contractors in Vietnam such as Obayashi, Fujita and JGC.
Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Nga has made a very good impression on the Owners of many large projects such as the Aeonmall Long Bien project in Hanoi… With a composed and determined manor, Ms. Ngo Thi Thanh Nga will contribute to KMCC’s development to a new and higher level.
Mr. Nguyen Tien Hop
Vice Director

Mr. Nguyen Tien Hop has more than 20 years of experience in construction field. He has held important positions in some leading construction companies in Vietnam. He used to be the Project Director of trillion-dong projects with high technical requirements. With his extensive experience, strong professionalism and the spirit of accepting challenges, he will certainly contribute to making KMCC stronger and stronger
Mr. Le Van Dien
Vice Director
(M&E)
Mr. Le Van Dien graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. He is known as a dynamic and extremely delicately & keen at work. Over the past 15 years, he has held many key positions in leading MEP companies such as Head of Design & Bidding Department, Project Director of many large MEP projects.
He is believed to lead KMCC’s MEP Department to achieve outstanding achievements in the coming time.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc
Vice Director
(HR & Finance)
With majors in International economic and Law, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc has experienced the position of HR Manager at a large Japanese Contractor and Import-Export Manager/ Contract of Caterpillar Dealer in Viet Nam.
With over 20 years of abundant working experience in different fields, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc is currently trusted with the task of managing the Company in terms of Administration, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, while building a good working environment that motivates employees to devote their best efforts and create as much value as possible, thus contributing to the overall success of KMCC.

Mr. Tran Thanh Lam
Manager – Technical Technology Division
During more than 20 years of working in the construction field, Mr. Tran Thanh Lam has experienced important positions in big foreign construction companies and/or corporations. With deep expertise and experience in construction methods and techniques, especially experience in managing many high-value general contractor projects of foreign investors, Mr. Lam and his team will play very important part in controlling safety, construction techniques as well as quality of KMCC projects, which are the leading factors for the success of a project.
Mr. Tran Xuan Quynh
Safety Manager
Mr. Tran Xuan Quynh has more than 13 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor at those projects constructed by such big contractors as Obayashi and Unicons.
Joining KMCC, Mr. Tran Xuan Quynh always makes efforts and contributes significantly to building, maintaining and developing Safety Culture at KMCC. Accordingly, “A successful safety culture is when all employees continue to work safely and follow correct safety measures even when not being supervised by anyone else.”
Mr. Nguyen Van Nam
M&E Manager
Mr. Nguyen Van Nam is known as a decisive and responsible manager at work. During 15 years working in the MEP field, he has not only held many important positions such as MEP designing & bidding manager, but also directly managed the MEP construction of many projects with high requirements for safety, quality and progress.
Mr. Truong Quoc Anh
Design Manager
Before holding the position of Design Manager at KMCC, Mr. Truong Quoc Anh had more than 15 years of experience designing and implementing industrial buildings, trade centers, residential houses… for Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese customers. Mr. Truong Quoc Anh agrees that “the mission of an Architect is to create spaces, shapes and connections to arrange them together in a harmonious, appropriate and optimal way, thus optimize functional requirements and aim at customer satisfaction throughout the long-term use of the project“.
Mr. Truong Quoc Anh wishes to lead the Design Department to fulfill the mission of the architects in particular and the mission of the Company in general, thereby getting lasting trust from customers and developing the Company’s brand on the market.
Ms. Nguyen Phuong Tu
Deputy Design Manager
During 20 years of working experience, Ms. Nguyen Phuong Tu has worked for many big Japanese Contractor such as Shimizu, Obayashi and JGC as Team Leader. Her strong experience in making shop drawings by REVIT software as well as her management skills has contributed a lot for the buidling of a strong design team of KMCC.

Ms. Do Thi Quy Lan (Sally)
Business Development Team leader
Ms. Sally is not only granted with a Master’s degree in Chinese Language but also has studied and worked in Taiwan for years. Along with nearly 20 years of experience working in the field of business development, Ms. Sally is currently KMCC’s representative to build and develop relationships with customers and/or partners from China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. She contributes a lot to building the Company’s business development plan.
Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hong
Accounting & Finance Manager
Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hong has nearly 20 years of experience in financial and accounting management at leading companies in Vietnam. She is a person of integrity, transparency, and dedication to work, who have contributes a lot to the Company’s financial planning and management.
Ms. Le Thi Hong Van
Deputy Accounting & Finance Manager
Joining KMCC from the very first days, Ms. Le Thi Hong Van has gradually grown in parallel with the development of the Company and become one of the typical employees/managers who are highly appreciated by the Board of Directors for her dedication, sense of responsibility and management skills. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of human resource management, Ms. Tran Thi Thuy is not only responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the company’s human resource management process, but also acting as a bridge between the Employers and the Employees as well as an advisor of the BOD in planning long-term strategic directions.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tien has around 10 years of experience in the construction field and long-term engagement with KMCC. The success of big projects that accompanied by him has proved his talent project management as the Project Manager. With a friendly manor and positive thinking, he will continue to contribute to the company’s development in the coming projects.

Mr. Tran Van Lich has 9 years of experience in the construction field and is now a very potential Project Manager due to his management skill, dynamic and decisive manor and long-term engagement to KMCC. Mr. Tran Van Lich is believed to get further achievement in the next projects.

Having experience as Project Manager of many projects performed by some leading construction companies in Vietnam such as Vinaconex for more than 15 years…, Mr. Huynh Tran Linh is now trusted by KMCC BOD and assigned to manage very big projects of the Company. His ability and effort has contributed a lot to the successful completion of the projects.
