Occupational safety is identified as a core value and a key priority of KMCC throughout all construction activities. Safety is the first priority in all construction activities of ourcompany.
With a proactive approach to risk prevention and the protection of both people and assets, KMCC organized a first aid drill combined with safety training on working at heights and the proper use of safety harnesses for project engineers and workers.

The program was systematically implemented and closely aligned with actual construction conditions on site. During the first aid drill, employees were instructed on identifying common workplace hazards and practiced initial response procedures for situations such as falls from height, collisions, and work-related injuries. Hands-on practice significantly enhanced workers’ ability to respond quickly and handle emergency situations correctly, helping to minimize potential consequences when incidents occur.

In addition, special emphasis was placed on working-at-height safety. Engineers and workers were thoroughly trained on safe working procedures, proper inspection and use of safety harnesses, selection of load-bearing anchorage points, and strict compliance with safety regulations throughout high-elevation operations. Through guidance and practical exercises, employees strengthened their awareness of protecting themselves and their colleagues directly at the workplace.
Through this activity, We continue to reaffirm our strong commitment to construction site safety, fostering a safe, disciplined, and professional working environment, while enhancing construction quality and strengthening trust with Investors. Occupational safety is not only a mandatory requirement, but also a core value that we consistently uphold and strictly implement in every project.
