To maintain a safe, consistent, and professional working environment, on 3rd September, 2025, KMCC organized a Safety Training Session for all engineers, subcontractors, and workers currently operating at the AEON Hai Duong Project.

The training session covered several key topics, including:
- Safety regulations for construction activities within large-scale commercial facilities;
- Identification and control of potential risks during construction;
- Procedures for working at height and operating machinery, equipment, and electrical systems;
- Requirements for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and mandatory rules when entering the jobsite;
- Emergency response procedures, fire prevention and control, and basic first aid.
The Site Management Board emphasized that safety is a core responsibility and a fundamental requirement to ensure both project quality and schedule. Strict compliance with safety procedures and regulations by every individual is essential to building a disciplined, efficient, and responsible working environment.

KMCC consistently prioritizes regular safety training, audits, and inspections across all projects. This reflects our commitment to maintaining jobsite discipline, enhancing workers’ awareness, and ensuring the key project criteria of quality – schedule – safety throughout the construction of the AEON Hai Duong Project.
