JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. On-site Construction Implementation
- Read, analyze, and execute design drawings, construction methods, and technical documents.
- Allocate manpower, machinery, and materials according to schedule and construction methods.
- Directly guide and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and crews to ensure technical compliance and safety.
2. Technical, Quality, and Progress Supervision
- Inspect and supervise construction works in accordance with drawings, regulations, and technical standards.
- Report and resolve technical issues arising on site.
- Monitor construction progress and propose adjustments to the plan when necessary.
3. Construction Documentation & Acceptance
- Maintain construction logs and internal acceptance records; coordinate with consultants/supervisors/clients for approvals.
- Collect as-built documentation and support quantity verification and payment processes.
4. Occupational Safety Compliance
- Supervise and ensure workers adhere to on-site safety rules and regulations.
Coordinate with safety officers to handle risks or safety violations.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a site engineer in civil, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience managing construction teams, subcontractors, and handling on-site technical issues.
2. Professional Skills
- Proficient in reading construction drawings, technical methods, and quantity calculations.
- Able to develop detailed construction plans, monitor progress, and report output.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and other relevant professional software.
- Competent in preparing acceptance documents, as-built records, and construction logs.
3. Personal Competencies
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with teams, subcontractors, and supervising consultants.
- Logical thinking and quick problem-solving on-site.
- Disciplined, honest, responsible, willing to work on-site or travel for extended periods.
4. Other Requirements
- Good health and ability to work under high pressure.
- Preference for candidates with experience in main contractors or FDI-funded projects.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to remote sites.
