Mr. Truong Tuan Dung
Chairman of the board – Director
During nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Truong Tuan Dung has worked for many leading Japanese Main contractors in Vietnam such as Shimizu, Toda, Kumagai, Obayashi, where he has held key positions such as Site Manager, Project Director of many Grade 1 construction projects or as Deputy General Manager. With in-depth construction training in Japan, as well as with extensive management experience in a highly disciplined working environment of Japanese spirit, together with the other members of the BOD, Mr. Dung is believed to definitely lead KMCC to a new level, becoming a leading prestigious construction company in Vietnam, a company which is highly appreciated by Customers for its people, cooperation as well as work performance.
Mr. Le Van Dien
Vice Director
Mr. Le Van Dien graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. He is known as a dynamic and extremely delicately & keen at work. Over the past 15 years, he has held many key positions in leading MEP companies such as Head of Design & Bidding Department, Project Director of many large MEP projects.
He is believed to lead KMCC’s MEP Department to achieve outstanding achievements in the coming time.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc
Vice Director
With majors in International economic and Law, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc has experienced the position of HR Manager at a large Japanese Contractor and Import-Export Manager/ Contract of Caterpillar Dealer in Viet Nam.
With over 20 years of abundant working experience in different fields, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc is currently trusted with the task of managing the Company in terms of Administration, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, while building a good working environment that motivates employees to devote their best efforts and create as much value as possible, thus contributing to the overall success of KMCC.

Admin & HR Manager
With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of human resource management, Ms. Tran Thi Thuy is not only responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the company’s human resource management process, but also acting as a bridge between the Employers and the Employees as well as an advisor of the BOD in planning long-term strategic directions.
Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hong
Accounting & Finance Manager
Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hong has nearly 20 years of experience in financial and accounting management at leading companies in Vietnam. She is a person of integrity, transparency, and dedication to work, who have contributes a lot to the Company’s financial planning and management.
Mr. Tran Xuan Quynh
Safety Manager
Mr. Tran Xuan Quynh has more than 13 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor at those projects constructed by such big contractors as Obayashi and Unicons.
Joining KMCC, Mr. Tran Xuan Quynh always makes efforts and contributes significantly to building, maintaining and developing Safety Culture at KMCC. Accordingly, “A successful safety culture is when all employees continue to work safely and follow correct safety measures even when not being supervised by anyone else.”
Mr. Truong Quoc Anh
Design Manager
Before holding the position of Design Manager at KMCC, Mr. Truong Quoc Anh had more than 15 years of experience designing and implementing industrial buildings, trade centers, residential houses… for Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese customers. Mr. Truong Quoc Anh agrees that “the mission of an Architect is to create spaces, shapes and connections to arrange them together in a harmonious, appropriate and optimal way, thus optimize functional requirements and aim at customer satisfaction throughout the long-term use of the project“.
Mr. Truong Quoc Anh wishes to lead the Design Department to fulfill the mission of the architects in particular and the mission of the Company in general, thereby getting lasting trust from customers and developing the Company’s brand on the market.
Mr. Tran Thanh Lam
Manager – Technical Technology Division
During more than 20 years of working in the construction field, Mr. Tran Thanh Lam has experienced important positions in big foreign construction companies and/or corporations. With deep expertise and experience in construction methods and techniques, especially experience in managing many high-value general contractor projects of foreign investors, Mr. Lam and his team will play very important part in controlling safety, construction techniques as well as quality of KMCC projects, which are the leading factors for the success of a project.
Mr. Tran Tuan Nghia
Site Manager
Impressed by his comprehensive site management capabilities and ability to provide effective construction solutions, Mr. Tran Tuan Nghia has successfully led many large civil and industrial projects for many international investors. With over 25 years of experience, with bravery and professional working style, Mr. Nghia not only always successfully completes project management but is also one of the key personnel contributing to the sustainable development and prestige of the Company.
Mr. Nghiem Hoan
Head of Materials and Warehouse
With nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr.Nghiem Hoan is a key personnel member with extensive expertise in construction operations management.Throughout his career, he has been involved in numerous major projects, ensuring efficient and well-organized supply and storage of materials, quality control, while also executing maintenance and warranty work on schedule, meeting technical standards and safety requirements.
Mr. Hoan’s strong sense of responsibility, well-structured work organization, and long-standing commitment to the profession have enabled him to consistently fulfill his duties with excellence, making significant contributions to the stable operations and sustainable development of the company.

M&E Site Manager
With nearly 10 years of experience in the MEP field, Mr. Ninh Ngoc Tu steps by steps shows his great ability and skills to hold important position such as ME tender Team Leader and ME Site Manager. He is highly appreciated for his responsibility, positive thinking and enthusiasm.
